• Speech - Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Ephesians 4:29

• Conduct - Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ…… Philippians 1: 27

 

• Love - And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:14

 

• Faith - I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20

• Purity - Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Psalms 51:10

 

Welcome to Wake Forest NYI Teen Ministries

 

We are a group of 6^th – 12^th graders who are striving to be the examples that God calls us to be and to know and follow Christ. We meet every Sunday at 9:00am for Sunday School and every Wednesday at 7:00pm for mid-week activities and bible study. We also have several special activities that we participate in throughout the year. What is NYI?

 

Our youth group is a part of the Church of the Nazarene, and the youth ministry of the church is called Nazarene Youth International. There is a unity with others in different locations that share a common belief.

Our church is a part of the North Carolina District. We participate in many events with other Nazarene youth from all across North Carolina. For information about our district you can go to www.ncnyi.org

We also participate in an event with other Nazarene teens all across the southeastern United States at Trevecca Nazarene University. www.Trevecca.edu
